NEW EVOLUTION LLC ("New Evolution", "we") provides IT services, retails telecom equipment, repairs household appliances, communication equipment, computers and peripherals, services security systems, provides data processing and hosting, IT consulting, facilities management and business support. This policy explains how we handle personal data under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" and the GDPR.

2. Devices in repair
We do not browse files or accounts on your devices; access is limited to what the repair requires, with your consent.
3. Security systems
Addresses, system configurations and access codes are kept confidential, with restricted staff access.
4. Purposes and grounds
Performance of contracts, legal obligations (consumer protection, warranty, tax), legitimate interests (service quality).
5. Your rights
You may access, correct and delete your data (subject to legal retention), restrict or object to processing, obtain a portable copy and withdraw consent. We reply within 30 days. Complaints may be addressed to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or an EU supervisory authority.
6. Cookies and images
No tracking cookies. Photos load from a third-party image service, which receives your IP address.
